Our Reservation Procedure

🔹 1️⃣ Date Confirmation & Availability Check
Once the client confirms the travel dates, we will check hotel room availability. After receiving the hotel’s confirmation, we will update the client accordingly.

🔹 2️⃣ Itinerary & Quotation Preparation
We will prepare a detailed itinerary and quotation based on the client’s requirements. For this, the client’s email address is required.

🔹 3️⃣ Document Submission & Payment
After the client receives the detailed quotation, we require the passport bio-page copies along with the advance payment.
Please note: For bookings made under 30 days, full payment is required.

🔹 4️⃣ Hotel Reservation & Voucher Issuance
Once the necessary documents and payment are received, we will proceed with hotel reservations. After we receive the hotel confirmation vouchers (within approximately 24 hours), we will forward them to the client.

Package inclusions vary depending on the destination and package type. Generally, packages may include accommodation, all transfers, excursions, meals, entrance tickets and travel assistance.

Private tour packages do not include flights, but we can arrange air tickets as well. Our team will clearly inform you of all inclusions before confirmation.

Once we get the hotel confirmations for your dates, a reservation can be made. Bookings can be confirmed by making the required advance payment as instructed by our team.

Usually, a deposit is required to secure the reservation, and the remaining balance should be paid 30 days before the travel date (Depends). Payment terms may vary depending on the hotel and reservation method.
