Welcome to Bimsan Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of any travel products, tours, or services provided by us. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when we have received a deposit or full payment and issued a booking confirmation receipt.
  • Accuracy of Details: You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during booking (names, dates, passport information) are accurate and match official documents.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. Prices do not include personal expenses, unlisted meals, or travel insurance unless explicitly stated.

2. Payments and Deposits

A standard deposit (as indicated on your invoice) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees are applied based on the date we receive your written notification:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit and any non-refundable supplier fees.
  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

Note: Bimsan Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Travel Insurance and Documentation

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and lost baggage. It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain and carry a valid passport, necessary visas, and required health documents for the destination(s) visited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bimsan Tours acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour. We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, delays, or other loss caused by the actions, omissions, or negligence of these independent suppliers.
